《神秘博士》是一部由英國廣播公司出品的長壽英國科幻電視劇。
2005年版的第九任博士是憂郁的戰(zhàn)爭幸存者，經(jīng)歷了時之戰(zhàn)爭，他封印了他的種族和敵人戴立克，是唯一活下來的人。
該劇講述了名為“Doctor”（克里斯托弗·?？巳R斯頓 Christopher Eccleston 飾）的神秘外星時間旅行者，隨著他的時空機(jī)器TARDIS的（Time And Relative Dimensions In Space）冒險故事，他的時空機(jī)器外觀看上去像1950年代的警亭。博士帶著他的伙伴羅斯（比莉·派佩 Billie Piper 飾）在時間、空間中探索悠游、打擊邪惡力量、拯救文明、幫助人民、糾正錯誤、解決各類問題。
